Early morning walk, future learn, watched mission impossible 3 and ghost protocol, washing and cooked our usual Wednesday roast dinner.

Hi Jennymary, I think this lockdown feels very different especially the first one. We have mostly worked out routines that help us best and even with the infection rates so high, it's possible to keep occupied and not quite as worried somehow, as the first time around. I've been crafting again today. I have quite a lot of little boxes and containers that were ripe for a final touch and today I've decorated a very small 3 drawer box, doing decoupage with some pretty pink rose paper napkins and some spray paint. Other than that I took a trip to a local Asda for some shopping, and guess what.... the car park was filled to overflowing!

It would be lovely to see a photo showing your decorated boxes & the 3 drawer box.

Hi Jenny

I got out of bed early today, 06:15 and put bread in the oven.

I was at my daughter's earlier looking after her eldest daughter whilst she took her youngest daughter to the hospital for her Ophthalmology appointment. I did some home learning with the eldest whilst they were out and she's doing really well. We are keeping this as a bubble as there are 2 other appointments this month at the hospital so I'll be the carer again.

When I got home I had a online meeting.

Hope you have a lovely evening.

Walked the dog in the snow, done one or two little jobs and had a zoom with my dear friend. Only managed to heat us a mushroom and chicken slice for tea as I had run out if energy by then. Trying to pluck up the energy to have a shower and get in my pj's but defeated at the moment so perhaps that is going to be on the agenda for tomorrow.x

Hi Jenny! Another course of steroids, so was awake from 1.30 am! Didn't manage to get much done, but Christmas decorations are down at least! Made chicken curry for supper and did a big Tesco order! My daughter dropped me a cupcake on the doorstep, sweet girl ❤️ I hope to report that I've done more tomorrow!😂 xx

I felt to have a non-day. I scrubbed the bath, washed my hair, made three meals (which I do every day).

Oh, I just remembered!

I did some work at the microscope. I identified about 300 'bugs' on one microscope slide, and picked about half of another sample of buggy sand. That is a big breakthrough; I haven't really worked at my microscope for over a year. How could I forget?
