Water is good for us. I just wish I liked it more. Supposed to drink a lot each day but find it difficult.Best wishes to you and yours.

Always I feel so warm and fuzzy with your comment on my post 😻🙏 I find adding a bit of lemon drops or any artificial flavors if it helps u drink water, go for it 🤗Best warm wishes to you and your family ❤️Xx

A great reminder to stay hydrated. I'm not that fond of plain old water but throw a teabag into a mug of the boiled stuff, and I'll drink as much as you like!

Have u tried alkaline water? It doesn’t have typical water taste🤗
Alkaline water has a higher pH level than plain tap water and it helps neutralize acid in your bloodstream. Yes you can purchase anywhere, very easy to find 🤗
They come in normal water bottles and water supplies in big jug 5 gallon also. One of the brand I love is Primo. I don’t know if ur state carries it.

Yes you are right, once digested and metabolized, it can turn alkaline than their normal acidic state.
That's such a beautiful picture, its actually very calming. Water is very important and I'm just drinking 1/2 litre of chilled water at the moment, I make sure I keep hydrated.
Definitely the essence of life.
