It really is a cat's life isn't it. Our cat Dave was watching a woodlouse yesterday evening but decided it all became too much and then fell asleep bless him. He then woke up a while later and just look at me whilst on the rug.
We quite often call our cat 'boy' and he reacts to both.

Is he getting on in life? Our cat Holly rests, dozes off quite a lot these days. She’s 17 years old. Still talks a lot
He certainly is, he's 13.5 years old and is rather a rotund boy bless him. Think he gets fed elsewhere as we don't give him any titbit, just his normal cat biscuits. Isn't it lovely when they talk in their own language
Good morning Alicia or should I say all but afternoon, your Dave is such a sweetheart and the absolute image of my jet whom photo I have at my bedside🌟yes it's very tiring for a cat to watch a wood louse and understandably need several cat naps after this tiring event LOL pixie gets called all-sorts and responds to most. I once referred to him as been a lovely LAD mam said don't ever let anyone hear you say that LOL I seem to be turning into a cat but pixie will be taking me for my walk later lol😁have a lovely day 🌲🏃😻xx oh and Dave looks like less of a rug wrecker than 🐆lol
Hi Mandy, it's just afternoon now but I've no doubt it's felt like afternoon for you for a while now as Pixie does seem to have a very early alarm clock 
It really is tiring being a cat, mind you I don't know what Dave does at night as he's always out, he loves the outdoors. Nothing wrong with calling him a lad at all, bless him. Have a lovely walk later, we are getting dry interludes between heavy showers.
Dave's claws can sometimes play havoc and they did the other day when he missed his footing off hubby's lap and hung his claws in the footstool, he has left his mark let's say LOL.

Your photos of your cat have just appeared on my phone. Our broadband very slow at mo. Your cat is like ours with the the black fur with just a touch of white at the front. Sometimes in the summer Holly cats fur looks a bit brown on the side of her. She’s really good company as she talks such a lot. Never had a cat so talkative before.
They're twins 😉. Yes our boy is rather brown at the side now in certain light. He's rather rotund bless him. Isn't it great to hear them 🐈😺
It is, usually it’s “where have you been, I’ve no pouch food left.” Or it can be: “I’m so pleased to see you” .
Oh yes definitely, they are in charge and expect us to be at their back and call.😉😉😺

He was a right little minx earlier as he caught his claw in my cardigan and when I tried to remove it gently he nipped me, little sod LOL.
Not too bad tonight thank you, better than the previous few nights.
