We've had beautiful weather today. I left hubby behind painting the lounge, last coat. He's done so well and it's looking lovely.
I went to see a friend but of course took the scenic route, there was loads of traffic on the roads so it was great getting on the footpaths. My friend isn't well, her discs in her back are bulging so she's in immense pain and cannot walk, she's waiting for an operation. I wanted to get her some flowers so went via the supermarket. I left the flowers for her then walked back home.
I was pleased to have walked 29,619 steps which equates to 14.83 miles and 1156 calories burnt, I'm happy with that.

Sorry about your friend but the 💐will have cheered her up, them photos took my breath away I had to keep looking as I zoomed in I can do collages once I get the lap top sorted you were lucky to catch that lovely sun and the way you've got the sky changing I will be able to do that, it's just so good to be out there with it and by the sea too thanks for sharing enjoy your rest 😊🌝xx

I'm really sorry your friend is in so much pain,my heart goes out to her. I really hope she has that op very soon. Is there any chance of phoning her consultant's secretary, they are usually very helpful. Please give her all my love .
