I hope you've all had a good day. We are getting closer and closer, with the vaccination programme, to getting back to normal and being able to see our friends and family.
I went out on a power walk today, well part of it was jogging, and I did 22054 steps which equates to 11.04 miles. Just over half of the walk was lovely and dry and the sun even came out briefly but on my way back the heavens opened and it tipped down, it was only supposed to be light rain but let's say it was fairly heavy. I was absolutely soaked to the skin, I looked like a drowned rat when I got home LOL.π€£π€£
Ah well, a quick change of clothes then out to do the weekly shop - all good.
I hope you like the photos.
Stay safe and well and let's try and think positively now, things are getting better.

I'm so sorry you have asthma, my hubby's asthmatic as well but his is a lot better than it used to be. Have you heard of the buteyko breathing technique? Have a look at the link below, this had a lot of publicity many years ago.
Thank you Don, I so wish you could as well, there's nothing like it. I hope when we are able to get out again your wife is able to drive you to some local beauty spots to enjoy.πΉπ
Hi Jerry
It really was a good walk even though I got wet. The bridge is over a stream that runs down to our local beach. Thank you, I find it quite difficult walking short distances, walking further means I get to see more.
It's incredible the amount of people that are being vaccinated and I'll try to focus on that rather than the pessimism that some media sites are publishing.
Enjoy the rest of your evening, keep well and stay safe.

Well I probably shouldn't jog after fracturing my foot last year but it's not causing any issues at present. Mainly dry today - bonusπππ
