Happy Thursday everyone! How is everyone doing? I am a mix of exhausted, excited and nervous as I'm going into my last 5 weeks of pregnancy! I feel like I still have a lot to sort out, but I am too tired and uncomfortable to do much. I am really looking forward to the run up to Christmas to hopefully relax and have a bit of time to myself before our lives are turned upside down (for the better!) I hope everyone else is managing to find some positivity in the midst of the new lockdown or whatever restrictions you may have where you are.
We have been having so many carbs and comfort foods recently as the days get shorter and colder. This week I wanted to share with you a delicious risotto we made earlier this week!
