Emailed GP yesterday about my eye drops, had phone call this morning, prescription that was cancelled had the drop going into both eyes twice daily, hospital changed it to right eye only, new prescription being sorted today, so I have one med right eye, different one left eye, sent contact us to PALS yesterday as the drops were never discussed and I want to carry on as I was, so slowly being sorted, 🌈

Well done again Jennymary. I'm glad this is resolving for you now. It's a pity these errors occur and a worse one when we have to expend time and energy on getting it sorted out! πŸ‘πŸ˜Š

Glad it’s being sorted out finally! Sometimes you just want to bonk someone over the head in situations like this!

Thank you, waiting for PALS to come back to me as the drops for left eye were discontinued 18/12 ago, and no meds were mentioned at the appt, so hopefully it'll go back to how it was

It takes so long to sort these small errors out.

2 years ago ,whiLost awaiting diagnosis the respiratory nurse commented to me, β€œit’s bit different these days. You have to sort f build your own health service” the more I go on with my illness, the more I understand what she meant.

I seem to spend loads of time, leaving messages on answering machines, sometimes like last week in an attempt to find out about when to restart medication.

Take care .
