Suffering from depresion anxiety low wnergy, not pssible working , jittery ,feeling low, low enthusisam, either any good stimulants or medicines or if any good counsellor , generally tried everything available , but nothing working , anybody any solutions

A very good resource is getselfhelp.co.uk

Loads of stuff to look through and exercises to do. Also, take a look at YouTube and search for Caroline McCready. She has a range of videos that you could find really helpful. I have used them and they are effective.

I'm sorry you're feeling that way. Have you tried fresh celery juice? Or even cucumber juice is good for energy.

I know you have sought advice from us all before, but I see that sadly you are still in the same situation.

Unfortunately I don't think we have anything magical which can help you. One thing which might help is to learn that the road out of depression and/or anxiety is a long one and that one of the solutions is to listen carefully to the advice and help of mental health professionals. They have all the tools and access to medications which may, in the longer term, help you to be in a better place mentally. I think you may have a tendency to dismiss some of their advice because you want to be in a better place right now, and I'm afraid that probably won't happen.

I know it's really difficult when you desperately want to feel better, but try to listen carefully and stick to, all the advice you are given by professionals in mental health.

look to the medication you are taking and if these can be side effects, it happens a lot.
