Yes I know it’s hard to see but the haziness in the pictures is all snow. The wind is blowing between 20 and 30 mph.

Michigan is between Ireland and Japan? I hear it has snowed in Canada.
The upper peninsula has had a lot of snow already and so have parts of Canada.

I smiled a bit when you said 'aren't we glad we aren't there?' It's nearly 1am here and I'm watching the rain drive horizontally up the street and the wind's gusting heavily. So actually I'm not too sure I'd be unhappy about a swap! 🤣

I am in Florida were it was 92 yesterday but cool at night.
That’s just as bad in the other direction! Too hot!
Yesterday was 92 but I didn't check the weather for today before posting for it is 72. This is the coolest weather we have had thus far that I can remember. Hopefully is will cool down. My husband is in Missouri for a month and said it was really cold there. He is not used to the cold weather! lol
As us Michiganers say...If you don't like the weather, stick around, it'll change in a few minutes! LOL
The west side of the state had snow also, but today it's sunny and warming. News said we could hit 70 degrees by the end of the week...Go Figure.
Yeah I know. Weird isn’t it. Plan to get rest of yard work done.

Strange. I got the first snow of the year yesterday, much too early, and was feeling sorry for myself. Winter makes so many things so much harder.
I don’t mind winter when I don’t have to go to work. I’m usually furloughed through the worst of it thank heavens!
It's the endless snowstorms and below zero wind chills creeping right through my bedroom walls that I mind. Looking out the window, it's pretty. Hacking ice off my bird feeder, not so much. All through the long dark winter my pain is so much worse. Why people head south, I guess.
