I would like to thank all of those on this site that give great support and understanding.
I always come to this site mainly due to loneliness and isolation
But I realise how many of us will be lonely and isolation
But during this year I am slowly learning to have greater belief and confidence in myself but this always takes time
I would have like to have visited Mum but how many of us will be separated from our nearest and dearest
Those who have family or friends with them are very blessed but for those alone in these try giving times I am deeply grateful for this site
I hope to visit hopefully at some time next year but the loneliness will be very hard
But I will prepare for the resit and then start to look for employment but now everything is on hold due to the surging development of the virus
Take Care to you all especially those who are lonely and isolated

A great post Roukaya and it's really great to hear you sound so positive and grounded. Remember that this time, so far as we know right now, it's only for four weeks! It's not helpful to look too far ahead or imagine outcomes. Just continue as you are doing day by day, and if it helps, tick off the days on a calendar.
But thank you for lovely positive post and your good wishes to all the lonely. 🙏
I think I realise with Marnies post how many of us just have no one to talk to
I also realise that my Mum can slowly cause my anxiety to worsen and this has impacted on my confidence.
But I have this slow realisation and I can see with greater clarity what has really held me back and now I can see what steps are needed to take me forward
I miss Mum greatly and I worry for her welfare but she is better off where she is until a vaccine is developed or until the virus is contained in some form or other
Hi Roukaya I haven't been on here for a while because I returned to work on a phased basis and found it very difficult, but now I won't be working for a while. I hope your exams went well. Remember we are all on here to support each other through these tough times. Keep well everybody & stay safe. Lets hope 2021 is a much better year for all of us xx
Well done Roukaya your amazing, you have done so well in difficult circumstances. Keep up with your studying & let us know how things are going. You may be lonely but we will all be on here helping each other and sadly that is all we can do right now. Big hugs to you and everyone feeling a little blue at the moment with the new lockdown. xx
Hi Roukaya! I too find the site a lifeline. I live alone too and like Jerry being alone is not the problem it’s the isolation when I’m home. I’m still working but probably not much longer due to the season. Then I will need the site more than ever! You sound like you are handling things better. Good for you. Keep it up. I’m sure you’ll pass the exam this time.
Great website Jerry! Even tho I’m in the states I was able to check it out and access the data. Don’t have any like that here that I know of. The aarp here has some things you can do online on their website www aarp.org. That’s the American Association of Retired Persons.
A really positive post Roukaya and shows how strong you are. Even though we are back in this lockdown, you have much to look forward with the planning of the visit to see your mum and your resit in January and it will be here before you know it. Time travels fast. 😊👍🌸
