Went to DIY this morning with hubby to get sand, cement and a few other building bits and pieces. Got back and thought 'think it's gym time now'. Burnt around 570 calories on the treadmill and cross trainer.

Thank you Jerry. Well the carrying the bags of stand and cement was sharedπ. The gym was a lot cleaner.π
Got to keep going, life is there to enjoy and it's short so have to make the most of it.
Aww thank you Lynne, I feel so good when I've done it and know I'm very fortunate to be able to workout.

I have exercise equipment at home which I make myself do. I've lost 20lb in weight which is partly due to my conditions plus being very strict with myself. No cakes, biscuits, bread etc xxxxβ€οΈππ

I know, it's good. I was on my own yesterday but that's not a problem as I don't mind.
Oh well done Lynne, 20lb is a lot of weight and it's not easy to restrict yourself, particularly with your health, so you certainly must have grit and determination.
