Lack of photos last week as just about lived at the gym LOL. I went on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
I went to the gym again this morning and had a good workout, the weights are doing me the power of good as it's building up my strength. I went on the treadmill for 35 minutes, short burst on the rower, cross trainer for 20 minutes, leg exercise machine, arm exercise machine, free weights, squats with a weight, planks, medicine ball and 3 minutes on a skier machine.
Had lunch then went on a short walk with hubby.
