I've had no sleep at all. Going to have a shower and then have some breakfast. I'm in pain when I don't and in pain when I do!!!

Hi Malmal, yes I'm in touch with her most weeks and she was doing quite well last time except for a painful hand which has been making it difficult for her to post here. I'll contact her later today and let her know you were asking, and see if she can post an update, or if she would like me to do it on her behalf. I'm sure she'd be so pleased you are remembering her. 🙏
