Keeping cool

I am not in the South-East, I live in an old house with thick walls covered in vines, wisteria and roses, in a shady garden.

I have lost 35kg so I do not feel the heat like I used to.

It got to gradually, so I have got used to it.

I have had the attic hatch open for months to let the hot air out of the house.

Fortunately, it will be cooler by the end of the week.

Glad you managed to lose weight that’s a real achievement. Your house and garden sound ideal . I’m in the South east and yesterday evening it was sooo hot. I try to enjoy whilst it lasts as it never lasts long...🙂
