Today I was having a...well a day. All I wanted to do was sit in my room (and I did) and when I did come out or talk to anyone it was with negativity (I did not think I want to be negative right now it just would come out that way)but then...my mom came into my room and said someone had left a little something for me on the door. this small act of kindness changed my mood instantly I am still not 100% but I am better because of it. Now for the challenge do the little things say Hi, ding dong ditch a little goodie at someone's door, smile at someone, or compliment them.
share more ideas or what you did and the result below let's share the goodness. (my family is doing it to 4 others now)

Hi teen_anxiety, Hats off to you for turning the day around and this also shows very clearly how one little kind act can help someone else to do that. As you say, it's only right to pay that forward and make the effort to cheer up someone else's day. We can't always tell how people are feeling inside and we can cause a lot of harm with negativity, but when we are kind and thoughtful, it usually does make you feel an awful lot better. Thanks for sharing!
Good for you for turning lemons into lemonade, teen_anxiety!
I can relate because the other day I was feeling a bit blue because of isolation. A neighbor called to thank me for some homemade rolls I'd shared with them on Thanksgiving. Her unexpected call did wonders to cheer me!
You are so right that one small act of kindness can easily turn a glum day into one of sunshine. Thanks for posting how you and we all can pay a simple kindness forward.
