Cleaned the bathroom, and the stairs, got things organised for tomorrow. Otherwise just pottered around, ordered some more hand sanitiser and a couple of other things from Boots, which my sister will collect and bring over

Hi Jennymary
Sounds like you've had a very busy day and are well prepared.
I had a dental appointment this morning an cycled there and took the long way home, the scenic route, had lunch then went on a walk with my hubby.
Have a lovely evening.

So far, still morning here I mowed the weeds in the orchard. It’s going to be toasty later so this afternoon we plan on lazing around.
I guess lazing around is still doing something.
I weeded my gardens, did wash, straightened up and made some pickles. Sitting now!
Been on future learn, applied for some jobs and had a walk to the shop and back and a visit from my sister in law
I am recuperating from 2 exhausting shifts at work, did some washing this afternoon and 3 short CPL learning courses online for work!
But also did some home exercises to get blood circulation going again in my legs. They felt heavy today! Cooking dinner shortly and then chill again! But must admit felt sad today, as not coping as well with the demands at work!😥🙏❤️
This morning I did not do much. This afternoon I actually left the house for a bit. I went into town to do some clothes shopping at a local mall and then had a take out dinner. I walked around the place and then came home. I had a great time today looking at new clothes. Currently planning my next holiday up to Brighton too. The plan is to stay at a hotel by the sea somewhere, not sure yet where.
I love Brighton and also Eastbourne as well!
Please come to E'bourne (much calmer than Brighton) always sunny! Friendly people-plenty of hotels-restaurants etc (I recommend The Grand Hotel for lunch (bit pricey at moment as a la carte only menu) ! Also The Langham Hotel is good-would suggest you call before going as don't know if every hotel is providing meals yet !!??? Maybe bar snacks??
Hi Jennymary, I have been for the shopping today, have done the daily chores. My daughter and granddaughter visited today. My mum had a bit of a flare up of her COPD, over the weekend a mild flare but she is well on the mend today so I am very happy about that as she is 80 but a very fit 80, thankfully. I'll be watching a bit of TV this evening. Hope your evening is going well. 😊🌼
Wow! Everyone has been busy! I had a slightly more relaxed day yesterday, though I still managed to get some masks sewn. I’m staying in bed for the moment as I’ve got to take my older cat to the vet this morning and he doesn’t behave well there so they usually have to sedate him... in fact they usually have three vet nurses on hand to sedate him! As they can’t do that today I don’t know how they’re going to deal with him but he can’t have any breakfast so I’m staying in bed until it’s time to box him up.
Did my days work then caught up on the ironing. Built the birdbath I was given for my birthday and pottered in the garden. Just washing up from a late supper when my sister rang in floods of tears. Her son is getting married in the USA where he lives but none of us can go so it is being streamed.
I cleaned out my fridge...shows how desperate I am for something to do 😂😂
Been to the Dr' s surgery for a tetanus injection.
Sunday moved the cover on the small compost heap and ended up with between 15.& 20.wasp stings. On my lower arms and one near my collar bone. Never knew the things were there.... Other wise would have kept well away.
......... Its been awful..
Jo.
Sorry to read that, what an ordeal for you, hope you feel better soon x
OMG I am glad you are okay. Did they give you an Epinephrine shot.
Hi....... No, had to insist on a tetanus jab. As it wasn't a cut on dirty broken glass or a rusty nail was told I didn't need one. So had to point out a few facts.... I got one... Most of their information by comes via a computer not through sensible nurse training as in my day. Apart from which my last tetanus injection was 1970....so really in need of one.... My own treatment consisted of...... Antihistamine cream, local anaesthetic cream, and hydrocortisone cream 1%...Ice packs and paracetamol. The creams weren't all at once. My arms are a lot better, now have Citirizine tablets as irritation keeping me awake. .........on Friday the nest will be no more.
Jo.... 😊
It was a normal day until about 5pm when i looked out of the window and saw a beautiful golden fox in our back garden. I ran round telling everyone and then it disappeared to appear next door where it still is curled up 3 hours later. I wanted to throw him/her a bone but husband said not a good idea as neighbours might not appreciate it. Fantastic Mr or Mrs Fox 🦊
Well you can do things . I wish I have been living working SA and to other The places nobody want go with maison son frountier in brellower
We went to see my sister in law who lives by the sea. ( we live about ten miles away). So we sat on her balcony in the sunshine ☀️. She was bereaved last September and lockdown has been difficult for her alone.
We haven’t seen her since before lockdown so was lovely 😊to catch up and spend a relaxed time . We later had a nice long walk by the sea before driving home.
