I need my ears cleaned as one side is blocked and other slightly blocked does anyone know where I can get it done in kilburn as its giving me some dizzy spells and headache

Eat nose throat doctor. They can clean them manually. Very simple. Otherwise it’s good to have your ears looked at

It may seem like a small thing, but I think you should call your own GP practice for the best advice, before proceeding with any treatment. Speaking as an ex nurse, I know that some GPs like to check your ears first in case it's not wax but an ear infection that's causing the problem. Then if all's well, they like you to put warmed olive oil in the affected ear (or both), for around a week, before they are syringed. This softens the wax and makes the job easier, and with a more complete end result. Hope you can find a way to get help and it's irritating not to hear properly, as well as causing the symptoms you're experiencing.
I did use oil but it it made me nearly deaf in 1 and half in other, but last 10 yrs I reg get build up of wax

If it’s any help my adult son had his ears syringed at his gp surgery during lockdown as it was so bad. Good luck I hope you find some relief.

Try ringing your surgery if it's bad they may see you to ensure no infection etc or they may prescribe some softening ear drops in preparation for syrringing hope you get sorted
