'Keep Fit' instructions.....

Dear All,

Now we are all 'Locked Down', it is important to do some exercise. To this 'ends' I found this regime.

You will need Potato Bags, of various sizes.... 5kg, 10kg, 12.5kg, 20kg, 25kg, 30kg and 50kg. Picking up a 5kg bag, in each arm, gently begin some 'Arm Bends. Practice this, for a few minutes, every day until you are Confident. Next Move onto the 10kg bag, repeat the exercises- again until Confident- before moving onto the 12.5g bag, then the 20kg bag. Remember to be, a bit more 'careful' with this bag, but repeat this exercise until you feel 'Happy' doing it.

I would wait a few weeks before 'Moving on' to the 25kg bag, then the 30kg bag and, even longer, before 'Tackling' the 50kg one. Slow, and steady, is the 'Key' here.

When you have Thoughly 'Mastered' this exercise then, and ONLY then, actually put a potato into the bag…. and you were taking this, so seriously, weren't you?

Sorry about that.....

I exercise using my own body-weight.

Planks, knee raises, cheat rock-climber pull-ups, knee to forehead, walking etc.

Stretches are also important and, every day I stretch my upper back, lower back, calves, hamstrings, lattimus dorsi, piriformis, psoas, etc. - and I do spinal twists.

Press-ups, headstands and handstands are good exercise if you feel you need big pectorals or epaulettes.

Lol, I was just about to answer it takes me all my time to lift a paint brush never mind potatoes 🤣😂☺️

As soon as I saw needed 2 potato sacks I knew what was coming. But keep the funniest coming. Some of the oldies are the best

You can also do it with cans or bottles and eventually work up to ones with something in
