I’ve been I’ve been taking online classes exercise online classes my sister is in instructor I’ve been working from home a little bit and I’ve been watching TV but seems sometimes it’s hard to keep busy and not let my negative thinking game to me

Hi Jennyank777, I think you have to be kind to yourself and acknowledge that you can't be busy and cheerful all of the time. It's a worrying and uncertain time and it's completely normal to give in to that once in a while. The important thing is to pick yourself up again as soon as you feel you can. Take care and continue to stay safe. 🦋

I have been doing my best and keeping busy as well but I have had times when feeling fed up comes to visit as well and it's normal to feel like that.

Hi there. Yes, I understand how hard it is right now with too much time especially alone. Do you have friends you can call just to chat with and enjoy some benign conversation that isn't about the bad things going on? Also, taking magnesium and ginseng are great to calm your mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop. Getting outside just to lay in sun or walk around neighborhood is essential sometimes.
