Hi all
I hope you've all had a good day so far. I went out this morning and decided it would be mainly a jog, boy was it hot today and I did struggle at times. I mustn't complain about the heat though, which actually I do love, as the forecast for this coming week is a lot colder, particularly the next couple of days.
I walked 20431 steps today which is equivalent to 10:23 miles.

Here in Cardiff today its been cloudy and windy and I did a 4 mile walk today and 6 yesterday which included steep hills and yesterday was really hot here!
It wasn't hot here today though.
It's cloudy and very windy here now.

Where did you walk today cat girl? It sounds as if you are happy to walk in most kinds of weather.
I went to the minsters and sandies park, waterloo gardens, roath mill gardens, up waterloo road and then back down the hill home.
I do walk when its raining as well!

Thank you Jerry, it's been beautiful here today but it's now getting cooler. The article weather is on it's way to us in Devon.
No exercise tomorrow as I'll be sanding down painted walls getting them ready for matt paint.😊🌈
