BTW, you mentioned the North West, I'm so missing the north right now, we holiday in the Lake District every year. I'm half northern and proud of it.😊🌈

Yes,it did indeed,weather was much colder here up North,but I survived a day thats been all anxiety and not much else.hope your keeping up all that activity,inspite of c/virus.

Yes I saw the weather was going to be colder in the North, we are colder now for the rest of the week. I love the North, I'm half Northern.
I'm so sorry your anxiety hasn't been good and hope you find a good coping mechanism for it.
I'm standing down walls tomorrow so no exercise out and about,I'll makeup for it on Tuesday.
