Hi all
I went for a jog today and am pleased that I'm jogging up more hills, in fact I jogged up every hill bar 2 so am pleased with that.
The sun is out even more now - beautiful.😊🌞

Thank you Ali. The horses were a surprise find as there aren't normally any horses where I saw those, they were chewing the gate.

Thank you Jerry, it was really good and I took less time than normal. I see joggers with headphones on in the countryside but what a shame as they miss the sounds of the birds, water and trees blowing in the wind.

No, and if I did I certainly wouldn't be able to jog, power walk or cycle. I'm making the most of life as none of us know what's around the corner. Although, on saying that, my granddaughter has JIA (Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis) and is only 4.
