I really hope you're having a good day so far and are staying safe and well.
My IBS was playing up a bit this morning (I had nausea last night and was still feeling off this morning but it was only mild) so I thought the earlier I got out the better. Exercise really does help with my IBS and I'd only been out a matter of 10 minutes or so and I was feeling fine, fresh air is pretty amazing at making you feel good.
It was fairly misty this morning but dry and the wind was bitter, it's an Easterly wind, but by the time I was coming back home the sun was out more and when out of the wind it was quite pleasant.
I walked/jogged 36,190 steps which equates to 18.62 miles.
I hope you like the photos. The photo in the middle left shows a tree before the bridge which had a lot of white blossom on it, I hope you are able to zoom in on the photo to see the blossom.
Enjoy the rest of your day.

Thank you Mandy. It's amazing but as soon as I start to exercise I feel better, mind you, I am ready for a sit down tonight that's for sureπ. Aw bless Pixie, Dave is asleep on one of our rugs in the lounge. ππππ
Sorry your IBS was playing up Alicia, but glad it was helped by being outside in the fresh air. I think your 18.62 miles is quite an achievement. The photos are lovely.
It's my own fault Rachmaninov2 as I've been having a soft drink in the evenings that I shouldn't be having regularly so I'll stick to water tonight. Most of the time I have coffee and water and sometimes 3 ginger tea but there are times when I fancy something a little different.
It really did help being out in the fresh air, it's so good for you and if you can do it then why not. I can feel the miles now though and will enjoy sitting down properly tonight that's for sure.
Thank you, it was a little misty to start but then the sun came out for a while which was lovely.
ππthe bridge, and its surroundings, stole my heart when I saw the photo you took from the other side, with the criss crossy trees! It is now firmly implanted in my mind!
As, now I come to think of it, are so many of your, and other people's, photos, I feel like I know so many places well!! It's lovely! πππ
Thank you and I agree that so many people post such lovely photosππππ
Thank you Jerry and I learnt a while ago with my IBS that if it was playing up ie. nausea then getting out helped, kind if mind over matter. Yes it was misty looking this morning before the sun broke through.
Hope you're having a good evening.
Take care Jerryππππ
Oooh sorry you started off your day with nausea but it's so good that you have the formula that helps Alicia. There's definitely evidence of the mist in several of your pics but it looks like it was still a great day for a good walk!

It soon went Sue, getting out in the fresh air really helps me. Fortunately I don't get nausea much these days, following mainly a low fodmap diet helps.
It was excellent for a walk, lovely and dry but quite a biting wind today. We have some rain forecast tomorrow but it looks like it's good the rest of the week.
Hope you've had a good day.
