Sometimes a smoothie hits the spot! Full of spinach, 1/2 banana, 7 grapes, small handful of blueberries, 1 date, 1 fig. 1 teasp cashew butter, 1 tablesp cocoa, topped with almond/coconut milk and blended.

Mmmm, delicious.

That looks good, I do smoothies for my low iron levels, I normally do a big handful of spinach and one of kale. 1 banana and 3 strawberries. Yours looks much tastier and I will definitely give it a try. 👍👍

I always have a glass like in the photo, with about half again left for snacking! :)
