Until June is when we are still in lockdown but I have also read next week Boris Johnson will inform how we are going to be coming out of this lockdown
Thank you lets see what happens . I just wish we all knew so I can plan !! Have a good rest of the day . I try not to read but tv and Granny made it sound like lock down may ease next week but who knows ?!
I get your point they may not have a vaccine though !! People at some point have to go back to some form of normality . Of course people do what they want
I am a twelve weeker but will still wait and see at that point as I think anything can still happen.
Personally in my area there have been more deaths each day this week than previously so although Boris says we are past the peak I am not convinced.
I realise being retired makes this whole situation easier.

I think the lockdown will last until the middle of May myself at the earliest.
With the schools I think it will be a while yet before anyone goes back and I think they will stagger how many children are there and do a staggered return with them.
One thing is definite though life won't go back to how it was before this kicked off.
I think it will be different because there will be more working from home, queuing to get into shops as I personally won't be going to supermarkets unless I am desperate even after this has gone.
With estate agent staff I think they are still around but most things are being done by phone or video at present.
Its frustrating though when you are desperate to move only to have it put off due to circumstances beyond your control!
I know it is . I haven't had video calls they cannot do that . You cannot view due to lock down . Just email . We will get there
Hi Mia898,
I'm not sure how the government are going to ease lockdown. I don't think they are really sure either yet, and ideally they wouldn't, but I know that for some people, lockdown's been really difficult. It's not been too bad for me as I'm pretty good at staying in the present and taking life one day at a time. So whilst I'd hate to cause you any distress, I'd just urge you to guard against disappointment and more frustration, as steps to release us are going to be slow. The world's not going to look as it did before, for quite some time to come.
I totally understand all this . Also about elderly and vulnerable. Don`t the people with letters have to stay in until June anyway then there choice to go out or not.
Yes - I was thinking that the vulnerable were instructed to stay in to ease the workload for the NHS - but soon they will have the option to stay in for their own protection?
