I rang my doctors today see if he can help with my anxiety then asked why I was off work told him I had a low immune system from a op I had years going when I got the letter I rang doctors they told me I got to self quarantine has should not be working at a super market but the doctor spoken to night said that I can go out which was different to the other doc said can not see why so not sure who right I don’t think will back work yet not all people keep to social distances that frightens me a bit he said some people are off should not and are still working which is confused

Thank you part of me wants to go back to work but I just want to be safe so I can go for walk now which should help with my anxiety
That what I am go to do if see anybody I always cross over always go where there lots of space best wishes to you and stay safe

Follow your heart it's not worth one doctors word over another go with the first if you have an immunity problem stay home and safe, protect yourself.
