Thanks to my dad who taught me to garden from when I was small. My first garden was a butler sink taken from the kitchen when a new one was put in.

These are morning glories which I haven't grown for years. A climber and each flower only last a day.

I have sweet peas growing too.

Anyone else sowing seeds and doing their garden now we are at home.

My first garden was also a sink! Amazing how it stands you in good stead as an adult. I have sown tomato seeds and courgette sees which are coming up well so far...

Hello, Yes. I have been cleaning up my deck of the last of the winter leaves, cleaning out pots and putting in fresh soil. I have tom. up and some herbs. I need some more seeds, but am reluctant to go out and buy some. I found some old seeds, so on Tue. I planted bright red poppy's I hope they grow. Like you I was introduced to gardening as a child. My brother and I had our own little spaces and could grow what ever we wanted. I was born and raised in the UK, gardening was a big pass time. We had everything, veg, salad, bushes of raspberry's, gooseberry's, fruit trees, it was fun. I need to get out on my deck and see what else I can plant of the old seeds...I love morning glory's and sweet peas, makes me feel like going shopping!!! I put some old green beans in, hope they come up. I have some hollyhocks, think I'll give those a try. I wish you well, and what a lovely way to fill our time....Sending green thumbs, good health, no bugs or worms except ladybirds and earth worms....With love n hugs...Sprinkle 1
