Hope you are well and have had/are having a good day.
This is day 2 here of gales and when those gusts blow they knock you to the side, not weather for sitting out in the garden. Powerwalking is ideal in strong winds as it's much easier to keep warm.
Today I chose a route where parts of it would shelter me from the strongest winds.
I walked 13.84 miles which was 27,643 steps.
I've added a couple more photos in the replies. The Alpacas wanted to pose today. The middle bottom photo shows how the wind was blowing across the water.
Stay safe and well.

We've had strong winds here but not like where you are. I have been in and out unwinding my washing around the line though but it's been really pleasant and I'm glad to have been able to dry it. I love the Alpacas, they seem very interested there cf. Thanks again for sharing. xx
It's weird as the wind just suddenly disappeared at around dinner time tonight. I'm glad you dried your washing but it's a menace when you have to constantly unwind it.
The Alpacas are normally further away but they seemed interested today.
Thank you Sue, the sun was beautiful.πππππ
Thank you Jerry and maybe a marathon nextππ. It really is beautiful in the sun and everything is definitely greening up really well.
Hope you're having a good evening Jerry.

Thank you KoKo, the further the better for me, my own personal enjoyable challenge.

Enjoy the rest of your day.πΊπππππππππππ xxxx
Gorgeous alpacas and photos. Sorry it's so windy with you and hope it calms down. Very still here. Desperate for rain for the garden. Very strange April.
The original part of the house where I was brought up was built around 1400.This house is not very old - but it has "lath and plaster" ceilings... and it is nearly 130 years old.
Beautiful pics Alicia so lovely to see especially for those of us who can't get out and about as much as we would like, glad to hear you're managing to keep up your fitness despite the weather, it's all about looking after ourselves isn't it and you do it so well
