Hidden was interested in seeing some of my cake pictures (I mentioned that I'm making another wedding cake next year - I haven't made one since 2015 and that's when I made the one in the photo). The flowers are made out of sugar paste, apart from the thistle as they are part flower paste and part cotton thread. I'm just posting one at the moment and in the next couple of days or so when I'm next on the PC I'll download some to my phone and then create a collage (not sure how to do it on the PC).

Wow!! It's beautiful!! I remember my Mum doing our wedding cake 30 years ago!! It was 3 tiers, hexagonal, royal icing and trellis pattern. My Mum had been to cooking/ bakery/ catering school.I know my Mum would say how beautiful your cake is. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx ❤️🤗🌈💜

Yes, we had a video done of our wedding, my son is sorting it so that we can watch it again 😉 especially as it's 30 years ago!! No phones, lots of cameras. It was a lovely day. All my love Lynne xxxx ❤️🤗🌈💜
