Today, I carried on sorting out the spare room, yesterday I took everything out and cleaned the floor, I kept everything out overnight, then this morning I took everything off the computer table which is being used as a storage station as I don't use my desktop much now, after a clean I started putting everything back....... Found so much old stuff that I don't have to keep any more, I've got a pile of shredding to work through, also found an A4 envelope filled with I don't know what, haven't looked through it all yet, but got plenty of time, also got the washing done, tomorrow it's a short walk to the tesco express, posting mum's Easter card on the way, also had the email about setting up Zoom for the online shared reading session next week

Hi, good for you. During these long days at home, I am staying in bed to avoid getting up. My list of things to do hasn't been started. I live alone so things seem to be going from bad to worse. I am seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow for a mental health consult. If I have learned anything, anxiety about Covid-19 easily makes my depression worse. Don't leave it too long to see a mental health professional. You don't have to leave home. They come to you over the phone or via teleconference on your computer or mobile phone. Take care and stay safe.
Sorry you are feeling so anxious blackcat64013. I'm glad to hear that you are still managing to get some help via the phone and video-calls. I hope that will help and I hope you will also remain safe and well. Take care. 🙏
You are certainly keeping yourself busy. I am doing practically the same as you. Make sure you leave some time to just do nothing.... I am pacing myself now, ticking items I've done is satisfying but I'm also taking time to relax.
Cheers.

Hi Jennymary, I see you've had another busy day. I guess it's a really good time to sift through all that clutter we most of us accumulate and decide what needs to be kept and what doesn't.
I'm at the other end of the spectrum to you. I'm a great accumulator, whilst my husband is the tidy freak, and I know I'm stressing him lately, as I have all sorts of projects and items for proposed use whilst I'm stuck at home, all over the place in our tidy flat. He's trying so hard not to be frustrated, as he knows being this way is important for my well-being, but I'm sure he's thinking 'why don't you put that away'!
Well, you are well ahead with your Easter card for your mum and it must feel really good that that's ready for the post, so that she'll hear from you and know you were thinking of her. I hope she's doing OK.
Sounds like you got a lot done today, always makes you feel good when you can tick off those boxes
I went to the chemist yesterday, queued for half an hour, and picked up my apixaban - but they were out of stock of the brown asthma inhalers - and the manufactures say they will not be getting any till June - so, they told me to phone the doctor and get a prescription for something else.
Today I went to the chemist to pick up the alternative (and queued for half an hour) but they could not get that either.
So I asked the pharmacist what they had that would do the job - and he said the only alternatives were steroid inhalers.
I only have asthma mildly - and mostly only in the winter (except in the hayfever season ...now)... so, it would seem logical to me to just do without.

You've had a very busy day, well done.
I did the housework with hubby, went for a cycle ride, made some peanut butter, went on the PC and then cooked dinner.
Keep well and stay safe
Thank you for asking! It seems everyone is doing ok, keeping busy doing what they want.
After much consideration my wife and I decided to go to town, a three hour round trip, for a major grocery run.
Our peak virus cases (California) might not get here till late May and we don’t want to go anywhere then, our two grown and working sons might be holed up with us, so we decided to re-stock now while virus cases are low.
We wore masks and gloves, filled up the car and drove home. We shouldn’t need to go back to town for food for months.
Tomorrow should be more fun.
Flour, eggs, bleach and antibacterial spread and wipes are what you need to get from my experience here in the uk. Beginning to run low so decided for the 1st time in 3 weeks that I actually needed to get my own shopping. I had heard these items were hard to get but actually witnessed the complete empty shelves of these items. Toilet roll was not a problem as think the people that stock piled don’t need it as they have far too much. Oh yes if the wife needs hair colour that’s the other thing to get🤪. Hope this helps and of course it may be different for you.
