Didn't go out, seemed cold and miserable out today so I'll go either tomorrow or Tuesday, seems I've done quite a bit though in between looking at HU and the BBC website, I've put some new paperwork away that's arrived recently and found some old that's now waiting to be shredded,, also a couple more old pictures that have now been destroyed, and I've pulled everything out of the bottom of the airing cupboard, I've now got it split between my living room floor and bedroom floor, I'll sort it out over the next few days

Hi Jennymary, you sound like you have been busy today. I've been the shops this morning, the queue was horrendous. Even though it look cold, it was very warm and the queue took half an hour to go down. I've walked the dogs. Phoned the family. I'm going to have a veggie burger for dinner later and watch a film. Have a pleasant evening. xx
The queues are always horrendous on the weekend days aren't they which is why we avoid those places on those days unless it really can't wait!
Wednesday and Thursday are quite quiet if you go before 11 or after 2.30 is what we have found through experimenting.
Hi Jennymary ,
It sounds like you've had a very busy and productive day so far. I'm glad to hear that your Spring cleaning is coming along nicely. I need to do more Spring cleaning here, too, but it'll have to wait for a little longer.
The weather here today is a little gloomy/cloudy. It's near the mid-70's and a small breeze is coming through the front door's screen.
My day has been going okay. I had breakfast and lunch, went on the computer and phone, did some messages on and off HU and did some replies. I'm planning to do some reading before and after dinner and before bed if I'm not too tired. I will also plan to do a few word scramble puzzle postings and a few postings dealing with what I ate today.
Have a good evening and night now, Jenny.
Hi Jennymary, it was a bit miserable out today wasn't it? I don't blame you for postponing going out. It's sort of traditional bank holiday weather isn't it? But nobody will notice much this year! You've made the best of being in by continuing your paperwork and airing cupboard sorting.
I did go out for a walk this morning, but it was a bit cheerless with the weather, but it had been a while since my last one, so I appreciated the air.
Then had a really hearty cooked breakfast which was a treat and meant no lunch to deal with. I'm now just cooking a chicken and some vegetable rice to eat for dinner.
I hope you have a pleasant evening and that the weather cheers up so you can get out soon.
Take care! 🦋
What I did was a deal with myself that if I went for my daily walk then I could watch Daniel Craig as James bond to my hearts content when I came back in so I did my walk and came back and then put the films on.
Went on Duolingo and future learn this morning, changed my bed sheets, put on some washing, had a 4 mile afternoon walk this afternoon and felt better afterwards and decided to have the rest of the day in front of the TV watching Daniel Craig as James bond after I had come back from my walk.
Hi Jennymary
You've done well today and agree the weather wasn't at it's best today. You've put me to shame as I really need to do some sorting out.
I've been on a jog today and I'm now relaxing.
