Sore hip after run

Hi guys, I was on wk 2 Run 2 which I managed but since then have developed a really sore left hip, the outside of it to be specific, feels sore just walking and when trying to stretch it. Not sure if it’s a ligament or what (IT band I read about?) Anyway, very frustratingly that’s about 10 days or so since my last run and obviously with the way of the world it was a good release from anxious feelings. It doesn’t affect my ability to cycle though so I’m still doing that. Anyway, any ideas what I’ve done and recovery advice would be much appreciated! Thanks

Nice one! Il have a look. Cheers

Before my abalation (9/2019) I had recurring and intermentient issues with sore hips to the point where it hurt to walk. Following the ablation it miraculously 'disappeared'. While my first tendency was to think I was developing hip socket issues and would need to add an orthopedic physician to my call list, I now believe the problem was due to afib and not getting proper oxygen levels throughout my body. My best to you as you seek answers that work in your very best interests.
