I am happy to join this group and thank you to the people that set it up.

I have high anxiety even before coronasaurus🦖 and struggle alot to be on my own. Now working from home it is really hard as on my own most of the day.

Everyone in this group will have different needs so be gentle with yourselves and stay safe.
