Welcome to the Positive Wellbeing During Self-Isolation Community for supporting individuals who are self isolating or social distancing due to coronavirus (COVID-19).

We’re very glad you have chosen to be a part of our community. The Positive Wellbeing During Self-Isolation community - offered by HealthUnlocked - supports individuals who are self isolating or social distancing. Whether you are an individual who has been diagnosed, or you're taking action to limit your risk, we hope this community is a safe and supportive place for you to share your experiences and find information and support.

Please note any reported content that breaches HealthUnlocked terms of use or community guidelines will be removed from the community without warning and subsequently your account could be restricted from the community. If the behavior continues, we will ban your account from the HealthUnlocked site.

The guideline highlights:

- No general off topic chit chat. Keep the conversation relevant to positive wellbeing practices.

- No political, religious or philosophical content.

- If your contributions do not intend to help better the positive health and well-being of your fellow community members, please private message them instead.

- Do not publicly target anyone. Your post will be removed by HealthUnlocked.

- Be kind, respectful, and understanding of one another - this is a scary time but we are all in this together.

- This is a space for peer to peer emotional support - keep the medical advice to the professionals

- Post from your own experience - “For me, this worked…” rather than “You should do this…”

- Only share third-party information when absolutely necessary and from credible sources

- This community should not be used for commercial or personal promotion - no selling, no fundraising, no spam

- If you see something you’re concerned about, use the reporting functionality to flag it to HealthUnlocked.

If you are concerned about the way the community is moderated, please email, do not post about it. Your post will be removed by HealthUnlocked.

Posting Content (Posts/Questions/Replies/Private Messages):

Posting content on this community is taken as your agreement to post information that is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and is primarily drawn from personal experience. You are encouraged to post content from your own experience (or that of a loved one), ask questions, and offer support and advice.

When you post third-party information, such as information about new treatments or diagnosis methods, you are asked to provide references and links to sources wherever possible. Online Safety:

In this community, there may be discussions of health-related issues and sharing of personal information.

Please note that the Positive Wellbeing During Self-Isolation Community is an open site, meaning that any posts are searchable by internet search engines and can be shared via social media platforms. The default setting of posts allows them to be visible to individuals who are not members of the community. If you would rather your content was not searchable, you can change the visibility of your post by selecting "Only community members" before clicking submit. This will result in only the post title and first line of text being visible to those who are not members of the community. However, doing this will limit the number of people who will find and benefit from the information you have shared. We suggest members leave posts open for everyone to find if they are comfortable doing so to ensure more people find communities and benefit from the wealth of information on HealthUnlocked.

For your own safety, you should not disclose personal information such as your full name, email address, home address, telephone number, or any other information which could directly or indirectly identify you.

Hi what a lovely idea, being alone yet together is so important in these uncertain times

Stay safe and well everyone

Thank you, MaddieHU! Is it permissible for me to share links to videos I've recorded of myself leading yoga practices (gentle, mixed-level, and chair-assisted) for members to use? There are no references to my studio nor anything said to promote same. Just hoping to contribute, in a small way, to helping us all stay strong and centered through this time. Be well!

Hi yazbe, Thanks for reaching out to ask about this! I think that sounds like a really lovely idea, and as you won't be referencing your studio it should be fine to post :)

Thank you!

I am glad for this group thank you for setting it up. Despite my living with my wonderful loving caring husband and young daugther it can at times feel very lonely and frustrating on the Lupus symptoms level. Sharing really is caring comes to mind. Thank you.

Thanx for the welcome and wise words MaddieHU.
