I want to be alone !

I world like to be removed from the Wellbeing site which I somehow have joined in error. I have no doubt it's an excellent help to many people but as an Ovarian cancer patient and a member of Ovacome which I have lost , it's actually causing me extreme anxiety.

When I open my email now there's no Ovacome but lots and lots of Wellbeing emails and this completely overwhelms me. My email is getting cluttered and I just want to get back to my familiar website. I will also Google how to remove myself from this site. I'm sure there are Ovacome members on Wellbeing but for me it's too much at the moment. If this lockdown continues I will probably beg to get back to it but right now it's not for me. Good luck everyone

I so agree... not sure how they started or how to stop them. Granni B

I don’t know how you get out of these posts either, I was on asthma and heart which seem to have disappeared.

I am being really stupid but cannot find the following you mention and also wish to leave the site. Where is it please? Sorry to be antisocial but I am on two others and they also generate lots of emails.

Many thanks for your help.

Just to say Bernadette that before you come to Following you have to click on your own profile. That profile was private and only between me and Ovacare and the membership of Ovacare. Now I find that my complete profile has been copied across to the Wellbeing site that I never asked to join in the first place !

I don't want to delete my profile in case it now disappears from my Ovacare website. If anyone knows how to contact Health Unlocked administrators please let me know. I'm not the only one that has found themselves as members of Wellbeing unwittingly.

Meanwhile have the happiest Easter you can have under the circumstances. Take care everyone

Me too. I've still got my British Lung Foundation but posts are buried in all this wellbeing stuff. I'm blowed if I can find a follow box to unfollow if you see what I mean and dont want to lose my BLF.

Hi Angela

If you read my last post above you will see that I discovered you have to click on your profile to find Follow. The problem is that it appears to have taken and copied my Ovacome profile . I'm really annoyed by this as my profile is private between Ovacome and me and now it's appearing on this huge Wellbeing website that appears to have the whole world on it. I'm afraid to delete it in case it interferes with my Ovacome one.

I have asked for a contact for Health Unlocked admin so we can all report our experience of being hijacked by this Wellbeing website. I don't suppose anything will happen until Tuesday. In the meantime just delete the new posts coming in as I have been doing. It felt a bit like the little Dutch boy trying to stop the sea from flooding his country.

Meanwhile have a lovely Easter
