Just wanted to share this. If anyone just needs something to take they're mind off things. I would recommend this book. It's daily quotes you can read that talk about ever day life. Helps with meditation as well. I hope this helps💚

There's a lovely free app you can get called insight timer!! It has hundreds of guided meditations on. Lots of interesting things on there😁👍
