I have just seen an advert for a book entitled Anti-inflammatory Guide. It's a hardback book. Does anyone have any views on it? Is it worth buying and could it help with PMR and LVV?

Do you mean the one by Future Publishing? There a many inflammation books about. I expect there will be people here who have read similar if not that particular one. Your title had also caused relevant past posts about inflammation and diet that you can also read for info on others’ approaches.
