I'm trying to follow an anti-inflammatory diet and have also added omega 3 and turmeric supplements. Are there any other supplements known to be anti-inflammatory? I'm taking these as I'm hoping that it helps as I taper. I could be completely wrong of course.

Anti-inflammatory supplements
I think a good diet, gentle exercise and rest, rest rest all help. I am a bit jaundiced about supplements. The main advantage to a large majority of them is to increase the bank balances of the suppliers.
I wouldn't waste my money to be honest. And do be very careful that any supplements you do take are not going to cause other problems because they have interactions with other medications you take. Turmeric can cause an increased tendency to bleed and stomach irritation - alongside pred, not ideal if you are using turmeric capsules which are a high dose. Many people find they benefit from using turmeric and ginger in cooking - no need to buy supplements.
I think it is better to NOT eat foods that are proinflammatory - above all, carbs and added sugar in processed foods.
Good for you for trying to eat a healthy diet. There are good books about autoimmune diseases and gut health which is linked to inflammation. We tried it for a short time and I hope to try the elimination again in the new year.
