I have to start taking Binosto for osteoporosis which I'm told to take first thing and then stay upright for 30 minutes before consuming anything else.
I normally take my Prednisolone first thing in the morning. I'm not sure whether I should leave more that 30 mins before I take the Pred.
Does anyone else take these two drugs and how do you take them?
Thank you folks.

Presume it’s weekly? Although paperwork does suggest there is a weekly version.
Many of us who have taken a bisphosphonate have taken a weekly dose, and select a day most convenient to us [I took it Sunday], and yes you need to leave at least 30mins between taking that and any other drug/food/liquid.
There probably aren't that many on Binosto. But if you get out of bed, take the Binosto and then have a shower and do as I do and wrap up nicely with a big towel to dry off without bending down before getting dressed, your 30-45 mins will be past without you noticing.
Dr Claire Vandevell told us her mother was on it - she took it on a Monday morning and then went to the kitchen and made a "Monday cake" so she was standing up for the whole time. Now she is off Binosto - her husband is most upset he isn't getting his cake!!
