Then report it to the HU Support Centre. If they don't know, they won't look.

I didn't get mine either. But it was there this morning, today's and yesterday's.
Hi - I didn't see mine for last couple of days - but I found them in my "spam" folder - so try looking there.
I received Wednesday's and Thursday's emails on Monday. They finally arrived in my Junk folder today, along with lots of spam, so I had to retrieve it to my Inbox. That suggests HealthUnlocked.com emails are being flagged as suspect by service providers and delayed.
That has always applied to some and it is one of the suggested actions if I remember rightly. This was a different issue.
Indeed. No matter how often I tell my webmail not to treat HU as spam, every now and then I find the daily email in my Junk folder. I've never had emails delayed like this before.
Then you have been one of a favoured few. Even happens to DL and me at times - and it is rather inconvenient having to identify new replies without being told!!

I have been on it since February of this year. I read the posts daily.
That may be in your situation, but this was a different scenario. My posts re issues on forum does cover most options for people to try - including checking and remedying mail in spam folder by marking as not spam or safe sender -
