I ask my Dr last week for a blood test to see what my CRP is. I have been struggling overt the last 2 weeks. Pain and fatigue on many days.

My CRP gradually rose in Nov/Jan and March when it was 10.9. Today it is 3.7. I am at a loss.

7 weeks ago I began to avoid sugar and gluten and am pleased to see the results of this.

I have reduced my HbA1c to 5.8% since I was last tested 08/03 when it was 6.00%. Dr said it was perfect then, so this result is better than perfect! All my Cholesterol results have dropped too.

How has your weather been? Been utterly disgusting and far too cold and windy for even April here!

Wet and cold. We've had an early false Spring. Not as wet as UK (apart from floods at Easter).

Not particularly wet up here but further south it has been - but after 2 weekends with above 25C we have barely made it to double figures for the last 2 weeks! My point is - weather has a massive effect.

Thanks for that. So, I will feel it (I am feeling it) but it doesn't show in my results?

I'd planned to give myself a boost of a few more mgs of Pred but am not sure that will help in the circumstances. Do you?

Will add some in. We're off to UK in just over 2 weeks, would like to feel more well than I do.

Thanks, have a good evening.
