Email lost in the ether?

I haven’t received my usual email. Is there a problem? I feel quite bereft without my daily read about fellow sufferers.

Ana - do you not have a short cut on your phone or laptop to HU? I just pop in n out all day - l don’t have the email delivered…..

Try looking again your emailNotifications - just to check you have all the boxes ticked - tap avatar (picture) top right - down menu.

Maybe worth logging off and on again - have you updated anything in your device over last 24hrs - that sometimes causes an issue.

If all that fails - then contact help centre - bottom banner. .

Happens on and off - a complaint to the support centre usually results in a reappearance ...

Hi Ana-16I had the same problem last weekend took DorsetLady advice, everything was ok at my end then I just started on the Tuesday (I think that was the day) getting my normal post.

I had that for 3 days last week, just had to look it up daily. Then it returned as normal.
