Thank you - and hopefully now all people diagnosed with PMR will either be referred to physio, or be handed a copy of that leaflet. I was the other way - on physio for hip bursitis when diagnosed and had to stop. No more physio for 15 months until I got piriformis syndrome - one appointment, handed a few sheets of exercises - but doing hip, piriformis and now PMR exercises certainly keeps you busy! And it appears to be helping. Initially on 30mg, currently tapered to 6.5mg.
