I'm helping at the start of the London Marathon on 21st. Will be leaving home to walk there at about 6am and probably not home until at least 12pm. I'm on 4mg of Pred and currently take it at around 8am with breakfast (Greek yoghurt mostly).
Any thoughts on what to do? Half with a spoonful or two of yoghurt just before 6am and the rest with lunch...or all of it before I leave? I guess taking it all early won't make much difference.....I can sometimes feel I need it by my usual breakfast time. Thanks!
