Please go through steps in this link [and it's at the top of the Pinned Posts should it happen again] - if it still doesn't work then you need to contact HU as explained - we as users cannot do anything.

That has happened before - logged out and in this time and it worked

I have had problems getting posts and some have gone to spam fingers crossed

If they do go into spam... make sure you mark them as Not Spam... otherwise its likely to happen again.
