Gradual change needed when changing to night time preds?

my empty enteric coated capsules have arrived already, so I can try taking my preds in the capsules at night. . But do I do a sudden change or gradual? I currently take them between 3 and 4 am (inaturally wake at that time without an alarm) Having consulted the forum, 11pm seems a good time, although some people have said whatever time they go to bed. Should I take them between 1 and 2am for a couple of nights maybe?

I’ve been going to bed early, so whether I stay up later or set the alarm (not keen) whatever I do will be an adjustment.

Many thanks

Can do if you feel a bit uncertain… but maybe just shifting them once will be okay..

I did try altering my tables when I had GCA - no issue with swapping timings but didn’t seem to make a lot of difference to me so I went back to what I’d been doing previously

Thanks, that’s what others say.

Personally I would just take them at 11pm rather than going for two steps. If I were going the other way I might do it in two steps though.

Seems to be the agreed thing amongst a sample size of 3!

No - just do it. The effect of the capsules will give you the pred at the same sort of time.
