Anything to see anywhere on your arm? Redness, swelling or is it looking ok in all ways? Where in the arm is the focus of what is stopping the movement. Any swollen glands or tenderness in the armpit? What CAN you do with your arm?
If it has been all the time since then it is almost certainly poor injection technique on the part of the nurse who did it. This explains why it happens

You asked the same question 5 days ago - and I gave the same reply. Why are you asking again? Has something changed?

is a case report on the same problem with imaging results. She was given a steroid injection which reduced the pain.
Discuss it with your GP - and show them the second link I have given you.
Did you take advice from previous - and has it made any difference? You need to discuss with GP if not.
If it is really just below the shoulder it may be because the injection was not given into the bulk of the deltoid muscle, ie too high where there is greater risk of hitting the tendon. Really you need to have it looked at.
I had trouble for first time this year, she clearly put needle in wrong place, arm was bleeding, & after, it felt like an injury, not an injection! She did apologise. If it had lasted a month I would have seen a doctor or nurse! But it’s not related to PMR, I don’t think, & the kind volunteers on this PMR/GCA forum answered you a few days ago, I saw the post. Your bio is empty, &, as you joined that day, you will be unfamiliar with this great forum, I think. I should contact your local surgery, get it looked at!
