missed dose

Sorry but I can’t find it in FAQ. I forgot to take my Pred yesterday. I normally take it after breakfast.

How do you feel? It is a good sign if you didn’t notice. What dose are you on? If 10 mgs or above, I would be inclined to carry on as usual. If you don’t feel too good you could take a bit extra or even double your dose and return to normal the next day. I forgot mine yesterday, I’m on 4.5 mgs, as the day wore on I felt completely exhausted which prompted me to take it late. I was rewarded with a fairly sleepless night though, just my normal early morning dose that is. I can’t complete a coherent post either, clearly.

Thank you Jane. I’m also on 4.5 and didn’t notice until this morning when I went to the bathroom and felt a bit more bushed than usual.

I’ve got a busy day so I think I will take an extra 1mg and see how I go.

Me too but my good and bad days are very varied so perhaps that’s the reason I didn’t notice. I slept well !

Just take today's dose as normal - if you didn't feel any effects yesterday, feel grateful, Everybody has done it at some point!
