Where have all my friends gone?

No notifications, news or comments. I am used to waking up with you all but today you have disappeared. Help, cannot function without your input. Hope to see you all again soon xx

Great service from HU. Got email from Brett day after I sent mine, advising he was resetting some bits and pieces (my interpretation, not actual words used) and would I respond thus confirming all now well. Impressed!

The same happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Used to get emails every day from HealthUnlocked and then nothing. Really miss the interaction between people on this forum. Have been a member for about a year and tried to get reconnected but unable to do that.

The only way I can get access is to ‘google’ HealthUnlocked every day to be able to see the latest communication from members.

Have you reported the problem to the Support Centre - via the black strap line at the bottom of the page and send them an email, and do it repeatedly until they register the fact.

And as piglette says - check your spam and if they are there rectify that! gmail has some strange ideas as to what might be dodgy!

Yep, reported to support centre, nothing in spam, strange as all comments are coming through - technology is not one of my high spots!

Not in my spam/junk but have now added ‘notifications@email.healthunlocked.com’ to my contact list.

Will report the problem if not working.

This happened to me recently. It was caused by my ISP deciding to reject the emails from Health Unlocked. I solved it by adding notifications@email.healthunlocked.com to my contact list.

It is usually quite easy to add people to your email contacts list. You can always ask Dr Google. What computer and what software do you use to access your emails?

Hi Piglette, it's back! No idea how or why. Usually access on Samsung phone (computer Dell) and eclipse is my server. For me it is a bit like a car, wonderful when it works but no idea what goes on under the bonnet. Many thanks for your input

I had that happen the time before last, it stopped and a few days later came back, but last time I was not so lucky. Glad it is working again.

Hi Piglette, had response from Brett at HU saying he had reset some emails, requesting that I confirmed back that mine was working! Maybe send him one yourself?

I had this problem earlier this year. I found they were being sent to my junk mail. Got you all back again.
