Now you have posted, there are related posts to view - [either on right of screen or at end of current posts -depends on device] but not really recommended for PMR per se, although it may relieve some side effects and aid sleep,-

Over all the years I have been involved with the PMR forums, the general consensus has been that while it MIGHT help with other aspects, it doesn't do much for the PMR symptoms per se.
